About The Opportunity:
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and optimizing marketing automation systems across a variety of platforms for both agency and private clients. You will be the expert on integrating CRM systems, automating lead nurturing workflows, and developing sales enablement processes, all while ensuring seamless performance tracking and reporting. You will focus on executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, including email, ABM, and drip campaign sequences, to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
This is a remote/WFH position, on a fully virtual team. This is a contract, project-based position where hours may ebb and flow week-to-week (average 5-20 hours/week).

You are analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You excel in turning complex processes into efficient, automated workflows that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to enhance lead nurturing, segmentation, and customer engagement.
- Set up and configure automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Zoho, Growbots, Apollo.ai, Copilot), ensuring seamless CRM integrations.
- Create and optimize automated workflows for email marketing, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
- Design and implement lead scoring models to prioritize sales opportunities.
- Develop multi-channel campaigns, including email, ABM, and drip sequences to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Integrate marketing automation tools with CRM systems to ensure smooth data flow and accurate performance tracking.
- Collaborate across teams to align marketing automation initiatives with sales, content, and overall marketing objectives.
Skills & Background
Marketing & Automation Expertise:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM integrations, and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
- Proven experience in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, and websites.
- Ability to craft engaging marketing copy for email sequences and lead nurturing campaigns.
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Zoho, Growbots, Apollo.ai, Copilot, etc.
- Proficient in CRM integrations (HubSpot preferred) and understanding of data flow between CRM and automation platforms.
- Strong technical foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs to optimize workflows and integrations.
- Comfortable working with databases and automating tasks based on customer behavior.
Analytical & Performance Optimization:
- Strong ability to analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, and tag management systems.
- Experience measuring KPIs, ROIs, and making data-driven optimizations.
- Expertise in segmentation, lead scoring, and personalization to optimize the customer journey.
Nice to Have:
- Experience writing email sequences, ABM, and drip campaigns that maximize engagement and conversions.
- Certifications in HubSpot Marketing Automation, Marketo, Pardot, or Google Analytics.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing automation and data enrichment tools.
